This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead demand generation initiatives across various digital platforms, including paid media, account-based marketing, marketing automation, and campaign execution.
• Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation programs aimed at enterprise retail and CPG buyers throughout the entire funnel, from awareness to pipeline creation.
• Manage the strategy and execution of paid media across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels.
• Create and execute ABM campaigns focused on named expansion accounts and key new logo targets within the retail and CPG sectors.
• Monitor and report on pipeline metrics on a weekly basis.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
• Demonstrated success in generating pipeline and reporting on revenue impact, beyond just lead volume.
• Required hands-on experience with HubSpot; admin-level expertise is preferred.
• Strong skills in digital advertising, including proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and experience managing paid budgets.
• ABM experience: you have executed targeted account campaigns involving account selection, multi-touch sequencing, and coordination with sales teams.
• Naturally analytical: you track performance, eliminate ineffective strategies, and adapt based on data insights.
