This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of demand generation through digital channels, including paid media, account-based marketing, marketing automation, and campaign execution.
• Create and implement multi-channel demand generation programs aimed at enterprise retail and CPG buyers throughout the entire funnel, from awareness to pipeline creation.
• Oversee the paid media strategy and execution across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels.
• Develop and manage ABM campaigns directed at named expansion accounts and key new logo targets within the retail and CPG sectors.
• Monitor and report on pipeline metrics on a weekly basis.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
• A proven track record of generating pipeline and demonstrating revenue impact, rather than solely focusing on lead volume.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot is essential; admin-level proficiency is preferred.
• Strong skills in digital advertising, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads, with experience in managing paid budgets.
• Experience in ABM: you have successfully executed targeted account campaigns involving account selection, multi-touch sequencing, and coordination with sales.
• Naturally analytical: you measure what works, eliminate what doesn’t, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Excellent project management abilities, with a proven capacity to execute a complex campaign calendar across various initiatives.
