This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• You will be responsible for the acquisition engine, transforming paid, outbound, and lifecycle channels into a reliable and predictable source of qualified pipeline.
• Your efforts will directly support the sales team, making your metrics integral to the business's success.
• You will recognize your success when, after 90 days, you have established a steady stream of SQLs and both inbound and outbound leads.
• Primary KPI 1: SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads)
• Primary KPI 2: Leads produced through inbound and outbound channels
• Primary KPI 3: New initiatives launched and the increase in revenue generated from those.
• Over 5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or demand generation roles
• Demonstrated expertise in paid acquisition channels, lifecycle marketing, and referral programs (Google Ads, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Reddit)
• Sufficiently technical to build and manage workflows in HubSpot and automation tools (Make, N8N, or similar)
• Strong understanding of B2B growth dynamics — you are familiar with the entire funnel from lead to closed-won
• Continuously seeking first-mover advantages through innovative channels, tactics, hacks, or growth opportunities
• Possess a strong business ownership mindset: capable of defining strategy, executing initiatives, and analyzing performance metrics
