This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take charge of Coverflex's growth strategy in Germany, creating an acquisition engine that transforms paid, outbound, and lifecycle channels into a reliable, scalable source of qualified leads.
• Your role involves identifying successful strategies, amplifying them, and establishing a repeatable model that consistently produces SQLs each month, while closely monitoring funnel efficiency and return on investment.
• You will know you’ve achieved success when, after 90 days, you have assessed the existing acquisition channels and created a clear lead generation plan for the next 3 to 6 months.
• Successfully launched at least one new channel or initiative with measurable early outcomes.
• Established a solid working relationship with local BDR and Sales teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or demand generation roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Reddit) and overseeing budgets to ensure ROI.
• Practical experience with lifecycle marketing and outbound growth initiatives.
• Sufficient technical skills to build and manage workflows in HubSpot and automation tools (Make, N8N, or similar).
• A strong understanding of B2B growth dynamics, with knowledge of the entire funnel from lead generation to closed-won.
• An ownership mentality: you set the strategy, implement the plan, and take responsibility for the results.
• An eagerness to seek first-mover advantages through new channels, tactics, hacks, and experiments.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
