This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and the sales team to refine our positioning and identify true opportunities for winning deals.
• Translate business priorities into marketing strategies that drive SQLs, rather than simply increasing traffic.
• Create and enhance sales enablement resources such as case studies, presentations, narratives, and proof points.
• Reassess our SEO strategy, moving beyond conventional Google rankings to focus on LLM-driven discoverability.
• Manage and optimize channels like LinkedIn Ads and specialized directories, using them as testing platforms for pipeline generation.
• Oversee the website and content strategy with a strong emphasis on conversion and relevance for Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns and produce content.
• Utilize Attio to monitor performance, nurture leads, and enhance funnel efficiency.
• Lead and develop the marketing team by conducting regular one-on-ones and supporting their career development, ensuring high performance aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to employer brand initiatives as appropriate, while maintaining a focus on business impact.
• Proven experience in B2B services or consultancy settings with longer and more intricate sales cycles.
• Ability to connect marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue outcomes (beyond just MQLs or superficial metrics).
• Comfortable engaging with some stakeholders in English, particularly regarding US-focused strategies.
• Capable of navigating through ambiguity and establishing direction without waiting for complete structure.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Attio, websites, and digital marketing channels.
• Experience in managing and developing team members (including career discussions, performance management, and regular one-on-ones), with the ability to balance team advancement with business outcomes.
• Understanding of how to harmonize brand development and performance marketing.
• Genuine curiosity about new acquisition channels, particularly LLM SEO and AI-driven discovery.
• Strong ability to collaborate across functions (Sales, Leadership, Operations) and influence without direct authority.
