Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be the driving force behind our growth — ensuring that OpenCelium, DataGerry, and Wazuh do not remain the best-kept secrets in the IT industry.

• Market and trend analysis: You will conduct thorough analyses of markets, competitors, and search trends to identify which topics resonate most effectively with our target audiences.

• Campaigns & lead generation: You will design, execute, and refine performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display advertising, industry portals, and various other digital platforms.

• Visibility & internal impact: You will systematically present insights from your analyses and campaigns within the company and collaborate closely with the Content, Sales, and Product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in growth, performance, or online marketing.

• Skilled in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other marketing and web analytics tools.

• Background in SEO, keyword research, market analysis, and competitive analysis.

• Possess an analytical, structured, and data-driven approach to work.

• Ideally, you have experience in a B2B, IT, or software environment.
