Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Amplify's go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, and strategies for winning over merchants.

• Strategize, develop, and enhance paid acquisition efforts across platforms such as Google, Meta, and the Shopify App Store – wherever necessary.

• Manage the entire growth funnel: from acquisition to activation, focusing on key metrics that matter (CAC, ROAS, etc.).

• Conduct experiments across various channels, landing pages, and promotional offers.

• Refine our competitive positioning, especially in the areas of bundling and upselling.

• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to transform customer insights into effective messaging and campaigns.

• Provide clear reports on growth drivers and identify areas for scaling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with demonstrated ownership of acquisition and go-to-market strategies.

• Proven history of driving measurable growth, with quantifiable metrics to showcase your impact.

• Practical experience managing paid acquisition across platforms such as Google, Meta, and similar channels.

• Strong understanding of positioning and messaging strategies.

• Comfortable taking ownership of metrics and making data-driven decisions.

• Self-motivated and responsible: you excel in owning outcomes within a small team environment.

• Experience marketing to Shopify merchants, DTC brands, or the broader e-commerce ecosystem is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or direct-sales go-to-market strategies is a plus.
