This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Pipeline Growth: Collaborate closely with BDRs and sales to develop campaigns and programs that advance accounts through the funnel rather than merely entering it. This encompasses our scored lead program, the design of campaign-to-BDR handoffs, nurture sequences for mid-funnel accounts, and targeted initiatives for priority segments. You will consistently monitor where pipeline stagnation occurs and have actionable insights on how to address it.
• Marketing Operations: Take ownership of the systems and processes that drive the demand engine. This includes managing HubSpot administration and ensuring campaign tracking integrity. You will partner with RevOps to maintain a clean tech stack, ensure data reliability, and facilitate a seamless handoff to sales.
• Attribution and Reporting: Manage the measurement framework for growth programs. You will evaluate performance across various channels, report on pipeline contributions, and utilize data to inform spending decisions. Collaboration with RevOps on funnel definitions, lead routing, and campaign attribution is essential. Proficiency in both HubSpot and Salesforce is required.
• Paid Acquisition: Create and oversee paid initiatives across search, social, and display channels, focusing on generating high-quality inbound leads from ICP accounts. You will be responsible for channel strategy, budget distribution, creative direction, and ongoing testing. You understand the standards of performance in a niche B2B market and how to achieve cost-efficient outcomes even when audience scale is limited.
• ABM Execution: Collaborate with sales on account-based programs aimed at our highest-priority firms. You will manage outbound signals, content deployment, and event follow-up for designated accounts, monitoring engagement at the account level.
• Pipeline Forecasting: Manage the marketing waterfall, from MQL targets to pipeline contributions and revenue impact. You will develop and sustain forecasting models, report on actual performance versus plans, and leverage this information to guide investment decisions. You will be aware of our current status, future trajectory, and necessary actions when metrics deviate from expectations.
• Experimentation: Establish and conduct a structured testing program across channels, creative variations, and conversion points. You approach every program as a hypothesis and treat every outcome as valuable data, documenting insights to enhance team knowledge over time.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in B2B growth, growth marketing, or demand generation, with significant ownership of paid channels.
• Demonstrated success in driving pipeline within a niche market.
• Familiarity with attribution modeling, waterfall forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting platforms.
• Extensive expertise in marketing operations and systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and integrations across the technology stack.
• Comfortable with basic technical implementations such as WordPress updates, form integrations, tracking scripts, and embeds.
• Hands-on experience in building comprehensive attribution infrastructure using UTMs, conversion tracking, and multi-touch reporting.
• Working knowledge of SEO strategy and execution, including keyword development, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
• Experience in establishing and executing a structured experimentation program, rather than conducting isolated tests.
• Experience collaborating directly with a BDR or sales team, rather than solely handing off leads.
• Preference for candidates with financial services or SaaS experience; familiarity with private capital is a plus.
• Direct communication style with low ego and a proactive approach to action.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Professional development and growth opportunities.
• Flexible work environment and remote work options.
• Generous paid time off and holiday schedule.
