This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Oversee paid media initiatives on both global and APAC-specific performance platforms
• Enhance campaigns to align with business objectives such as customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and more
• Formulate budget distribution strategies across various markets, channels, and campaigns based on performance metrics
• Spearhead performance creative testing across paid social, search, and display media platforms
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce performance-oriented assets
• Evaluate campaign performance by market and audience to uncover scaling and efficiency opportunities
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition
• Demonstrated capability to manage and optimize significant paid media budgets across diverse markets and channels
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in measuring CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback period, conversion rate, retention, contribution margin, and cohort performance
• Professional or native-level proficiency in English is mandatory
• Professional or native-level proficiency in at least one major APAC language is highly preferred
