This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Take ownership of profitable growth within our Amazon operations.
• Propel revenue growth, enhance profitability, improve organic rankings, boost advertising performance, optimize conversion rates, develop promotional strategies, and maintain marketplace health.
• Collaborate across various teams to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Lead strategic business planning at the product level and create execution plans.
• Enhance product visibility and organic rankings through data-informed strategies.
• Work with creative teams to optimize customer experience and conversion performance.
• Keep a close watch on marketplace health and proactively address issues.
• Establish scalable processes and reporting frameworks.
• Deliver business recommendations to senior leadership.
• Recognize opportunities for automation and artificial intelligence.
• Over 5 years of experience managing businesses on the Amazon marketplace.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, TACOS, ACOS, CVR, AOV, BSR, organic ranking, and contribution margin.
• Demonstrated ability to assess product-level performance and discover growth opportunities.
• Experience in managing agencies and external partners.
• Excellent analytical skills and commercial decision-making capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment.
