This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of Four's organic growth strategy from start to finish — encompassing everything from brand awareness to installation, first purchase, and repeat transactions — translating company objectives into a growth roadmap with quantifiable targets.
• Champion the brand-as-growth concept: evolve Four from merely "a payment app" to a brand that consumers are eager to engage with, particularly focusing on how individuals — especially Gen Z and emerging demographics — discover and remain loyal to brands.
• Clearly communicate Four's distinctive product offerings to consumers — detailing current functionalities and upcoming features — and explain how Four stands out from competitors, highlighting why it is the optimal choice for payment solutions.
• Identify target audiences, cultural domains, and content themes that capture attention, making strategic decisions on where to invest, where to innovate, and where to withdraw.
• Collaborate with the wider team to link growth initiatives to tangible business results — including installations, active shoppers, and revenue generation, rather than superficial metrics.
• Oversee and enhance Four's automated content pipeline — including real-time trend analysis, content briefing, AI-generated video and carousel production, compliance checks, and distribution — ensuring timely delivery of appropriate content.
• Manage a daily content operation across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other emerging channels, ensuring high quality and cultural relevance while scaling volume.
• Continuously refine the operational engine — improving output quality, reducing production costs, and enhancing compliance coverage — so that each iteration surpasses the last, and document procedures and insights in four-os for sustained system improvement.
• Assess and integrate new AI creation tools, incorporating those that prove effective into the content pipeline.
• Uphold Four's brand voice and visual identity consistently — establishing the standard for how Four communicates and presents itself across all customer interactions.
• Foster and engage Four's social communities, establishing a genuine two-way interaction (community management and compliant engagement) instead of merely broadcasting messages.
• Direct the organic engagement-and-recovery strategy that rebuilds reach and transforms the audience into a thriving community.
• Utilize social listening tools across channels to gain insights into what shoppers appreciate, what perplexes them, and what they wish Four would offer — relaying these insights to Product for ongoing enhancement and easier expansion of the install base.
• Develop and manage Four's creator and influencer program — identifying and briefing suitable micro-creators, activating their participation, overseeing budgets, and converting social proof into organic reach that Four cannot generate independently.
• Determine the key performance metrics — such as reach, engagement, installation, conversion, and creator efficiency — and create reports that provide the team with real-time insights into successful strategies.
• Implement a structured test-and-learn approach: form hypotheses, execute them, analyze results, and scale, adjust, or discontinue based on evidence.
• Collaborate with paid acquisition and data teams on attribution and return on ad spend (ROAS) to ensure that every growth decision is based on solid unit economics.
• Work closely with Compliance and Legal to ensure that regulatory requirements — including FTC endorsements, advertising guidelines, state disclosure mandates, and BNPL-specific obligations — are seamlessly integrated into the content workflow, avoiding bottlenecks.
• Keep an auditable record of marketing approvals, ensuring that the automated compliance safeguards within the pipeline are updated as regulations change.
• A degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related discipline — or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Proven experience managing a modern marketing operation from start to finish — developing content systems, managing social channels, and executing authentic campaigns through an internship, personal project, or previous position.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools as integral components: adeptly orchestrating them to create finished products and comprehensive systems, rather than just casual prompts.
• A portfolio showcasing completed work — including published content, systems developed, and measurable results achieved.
• Familiarity with technology company tools: Git, Jira, Slack, and similar platforms should be part of your daily workflow.
• A proactive approach to obtaining necessary data for decision-making, rather than waiting for it to be provided.
• Comprehensive Health Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance + Paid Parental Leave.
• Company Matched 401k.
• Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays + Paid Volunteer Hours.
• Employee Stock Purchase Program.
• Tuition Reimbursement.
• Charitable Gift Matching.
• Job-required equipment and services.
