📋 Description

• Responsibility in Performance Marketing: Operational development, implementation, and management of PPC campaigns.

• Budget management and ongoing performance optimization to enhance ROI and CPA.

• Continuous monitoring, analysis, and reporting of relevant KPIs.

• Relevant professional experience in marketing, particularly in Performance Marketing.

• A versatile Growth Marketing expert with a hands-on mentality and a strong sense of ownership.

• Strategic thinking and operational execution across various marketing areas.

• Decision-making based on KPIs.

• Strong technical understanding of Performance Marketing.

• Experience with leading tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on PPC.

• Demonstrable experience in the operational management of PPC campaigns.

• Knowledge of tracking setup and analytics.

• Creativity in developing copies and creatives.

• Excellent German language skills at C2 level, both spoken and written.
