This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Engage in hands-on tasks: evaluate the entire acquisition setup, initiate and oversee Meta campaigns, and provide a structured action plan with performance objectives.
• Enhance campaigns by analyzing CAC, ROAS, LTV, and CR; track ad account and user journey metrics, making adjustments based on insights.
• Propel creative performance, share innovative ideas, assist in producing high-performing creatives, and implement creative factory insights at the campaign level.
• Conduct growth experiments, refine existing user acquisition flows, and compile performance reports that highlight key insights and subsequent steps.
• Take ownership of the product growth strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the creative and user acquisition teams.
• Establish scalable growth processes, experimentation frameworks, and OKR cycles.
• Manage budget allocation, scaling plans, and the identification of new channels and markets.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and analytics teams.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in user acquisition or as a growth manager within a product-focused company.
• Experience in management or a readiness to lead a team.
• A proven history of scaling Meta ads with budgets exceeding $1M.
• Experience with subscription-based products aimed at Tier 1 markets.
• Strong analytical capabilities in campaign measurement, data analysis, and A/B testing.
• A builder mindset; adept at scaling initiatives from the ground up.
• Expertise in optimizing traffic based on CPL, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and ROI metrics.
• Proficient in optimizing creatives at the campaign setup stage and leveraging creative factory insights to enhance scalable marketing performance.
• A demonstrated ability to scale user acquisition for new products from inception to sustainable growth.
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or above.
