This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Implement growth marketing strategies across Intellect’s primary business sectors while facilitating wider global growth prospects.
• Propel enterprise pipeline development through a diverse multi-channel approach, focusing on B2B events, as well as inbound, partnerships, digital marketing campaigns, content, SEO, paid acquisition, and outbound-supporting channels.
• Take ownership of and enhance the events-led growth strategy, which includes the planning and execution of B2B events and fostering post-event conversions into qualified enterprise opportunities.
• Assess performance across all channels, emphasizing event-driven pipeline contributions, and pinpoint opportunities to enhance conversion rates and channel efficiency.
• Utilize data and performance analytics to consistently refine marketing efforts and boost overall funnel efficiency.
• Execute and enhance enterprise demand generation initiatives through B2B events, webinars, partnerships, paid media, content, SEO, digital campaigns, and account-based strategies.
• Assist in transforming awareness and engagement into qualified enterprise opportunities.
• Ensure proper attribution, funnel reporting, and campaign performance visibility throughout the marketing lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with sales and revenue operations to elevate lead quality, campaign performance, and pipeline conversion rates.
• Ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with enterprise sales goals and commercial objectives.
• Drive product marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Convert intricate mental health care and organizational well-being solutions into clear and engaging narratives for customers.
• Create sales enablement materials, case studies, customer stories, and marketing assets.
• Work cross-functionally with product, operations, clinical, and revenue teams to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs and product advancements.
• Support Intellect's category leadership through consistent and effective market positioning.
• Maintain transparency regarding funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, attribution, and marketing ROI.
• Develop reporting and dashboards that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize automation, AI tools, and scalable workflows to enhance execution efficiency.
• Refine marketing processes, campaign operations, and reporting consistency.
• Aid in the continuous improvement of marketing systems and operational workflows.
• Collaborate closely with revenue, client success, product, operations, and finance teams to further company growth objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance go-to-market strategies and marketing performance.
• Work collaboratively across functions to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with commercial priorities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and ongoing enhancement.
• 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, performance marketing, or similar marketing roles.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical abilities with familiarity in metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, attribution, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Demonstrated ability to execute across various marketing disciplines in a dynamic environment.
• Highly resourceful and capable of operating within lean teams.
• Experience in driving measurable B2B pipeline generation and supporting enterprise sales cycles is strongly preferred.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams.
• Familiarity with AI-driven workflows, automation, and contemporary marketing tools.
• Regional experience in APAC is a plus.
• Prior experience in healthcare or mental health is not a requirement.
