Growth Marketing Lead

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of our digital marketing initiatives from start to finish, including SEO strategy and implementation, content creation, LinkedIn engagement, and brand materials.

• Conduct and maintain a comprehensive SEO audit utilizing Ahrefs; execute and monitor on-page optimization efforts.

• Carry out continuous keyword research and track rankings for targeted terms.

• Identify content gaps and develop a topic roadmap influenced by search demand and competitive analysis.

• Oversee SEO reporting — present insights to leadership in straightforward language with actionable recommendations.

• Create blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and newsletters reflecting the voice of our leadership team.

• Transform client discussions and project results into engaging case studies.

• Curate RSS feeds from sources within the EHS, manufacturing, and safety industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in B2B content marketing or digital marketing.

• Expert-level knowledge in SEO with proven ranking results — Ahrefs is an essential tool for you.

• Demonstrated experience in ghostwriting for C-suite executives or senior leaders in B2B sectors.

• Ability to independently manage full editorial calendars with minimal oversight.

• Strong history of enhancing LinkedIn presence for a company or executive.

• Exceptional written English skills — you notice mistakes others overlook and you demonstrate versatility.

• Proficiency in Canva or basic design skills to modify brand templates.

• Skilled in WordPress or an equivalent content management system.

• Familiarity with AI writing tools to enhance productivity without compromising voice or precision.

• Self-motivated: you prioritize and meet your own deadlines without requiring guidance.
