Growth Marketing Lead – Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and take ownership of the marketing strategy with a key emphasis on acquisition.

• Create a roadmap for hypotheses — engaging in continuous experimentation and ongoing testing.

• Establish frameworks for scaling successful initiatives and eliminating ineffective ones.

• Construct acquisition funnels from the ground up across essential channels.

• Focus on driving subscription conversion and revenue growth, rather than solely traffic metrics.

• Oversee freelancers across paid channels, including task delegation and performance assessments.

• Recruit and onboard an in-house User Acquisition Manager as your first direct report.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, SEO, product, and engineering teams to execute marketing experiments.

• Work closely with founders on strategic planning and budgetary decisions.

• Develop comprehensive reporting covering all channels and traffic sources.

• Leverage data to make swift decisions concerning budget allocation, creative direction, and audience targeting.

• Utilize analytics tools to extract insights and drive actionable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience within the B2B SaaS sector.

• Practical experience with one or more acquisition channels (preferably PPC and SMM).

• Strong management capabilities, encompassing stakeholder, team, and project oversight.

• Proficiency in constructing funnels and performing hypothesis testing.

• Advanced knowledge of various analytics tools (such as GA, BigQuery, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) is crucial.

• Approaches challenges with a focus on business outcomes — revenue, ROMI, and profit, rather than just channel metrics.

• Fluent in English.

• A demonstrated history of developing marketing strategies from the ground up would be a significant asset.

• Experience in launching marketing channels from inception and scaling them into reliable user acquisition sources.
