• Identify content and creative gaps, presenting proactive ideas that align with business objectives.
• Utilize AI tools and efficient workflows to maintain quality while working at speed.

• Establish campaign tracking and ensure accurate tracking/tagging of all campaign activities for reporting purposes.
• Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and apply findings to future campaigns.

• Monitor community engagement and respond to comments effectively.
• Provide reports on performance with genuine insights into what is effective and why.
• Co-manage CMS content updates—including new pages, copy edits, and blog publishing.

• Offer content and creative assistance for the events program and help with on-the-day coordination as needed.
• Support the testing and validation of new propositions, audiences, and market opportunities through structured campaigns and content, aiding in product and go-to-market development.
• Engage in broader marketing projects as the team and business expand.
• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role with evident, hands-on responsibility for content, creative, and campaign execution.

• Demonstrated, measurable impact: you should be able to reference campaigns or content programs you managed and illustrate their results, including a link to your portfolio.
• Experience in planning and executing campaigns from start to finish, rather than merely contributing.
• Proven background in paid social, website management, and events, in addition to core content and creative responsibilities.
• Strong copywriting capabilities across various formats, with a confident and adaptable brand voice.
• Proficient in Canva and Figma—tools you use daily, not just occasionally.
• Comfortable setting up, managing, and reporting on Meta paid ad campaigns at a basic to intermediate level.
• Solid understanding of campaign planning: objectives, target audience, messaging, channels, and measurement.
• A strong creative and design sensibility—you recognize quality and can produce it yourself.
• Commercial acumen—connecting creative decisions to business outcomes, not just aesthetic considerations.

• Knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform.
• Comfortable using a CMS (WordPress or a similar system) for content and page management.
• Flexible working hours.
