📋 Description

• Create marketing materials independently: social media graphics, campaign visuals, email designs, presentation slides, graphic banners, posters, infographics, one-pagers, digital advertisements, short-form videos, video editing, and various other creative content.

• Write and edit content across multiple formats, including blogs, case studies, social media posts, emails, LinkedIn newsletters, web pages, campaign collateral, and sales enablement materials as needed.

• Take ownership of the content calendar, ensuring that all activities are planned, produced, and published punctually.

• Uphold a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.

• Identify content and creative gaps, presenting proactive ideas that align with business objectives.

• Utilize AI tools and efficient workflows to maintain quality while working at speed.

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns from inception to delivery—managing the entire cycle, not merely a segment of it.

• Create ad copy and design creative assets for Meta and other paid channels; oversee basic campaign setup and performance tracking.

• Establish campaign tracking and ensure accurate tracking/tagging of all campaign activities for reporting purposes.

• Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and apply findings to future campaigns.

• Generate clear post-campaign reports that illustrate measurable impact.

• Manage 50% of organic social media on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

• Plan, produce, and schedule content—you'll be writing copy and crafting assets, with some assistance from the marketing team.

• Monitor community engagement and respond to comments effectively.

• Provide reports on performance with genuine insights into what is effective and why.

• Co-manage CMS content updates—including new pages, copy edits, and blog publishing.

• Construct landing pages for campaigns, ensuring that copy, creative, and tracking elements are accurate.

• Collaborate with the web agency on development tasks—briefing, reviewing, and approving work.

• Contribute to conversion rate optimization (CRO) discussions and identify UX/technical issues as they arise.

• Offer content and creative assistance for the events program and help with on-the-day coordination as needed.

• Support the testing and validation of new propositions, audiences, and market opportunities through structured campaigns and content, aiding in product and go-to-market development.

• Engage in broader marketing projects as the team and business expand.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role with evident, hands-on responsibility for content, creative, and campaign execution.

• A portfolio showcasing both writing skills and design outcomes—examples across both copy and creative assets are mandatory.

• Demonstrated, measurable impact: you should be able to reference campaigns or content programs you managed and illustrate their results, including a link to your portfolio.

• Experience in planning and executing campaigns from start to finish, rather than merely contributing.

• Proven background in paid social, website management, and events, in addition to core content and creative responsibilities.

• Strong copywriting capabilities across various formats, with a confident and adaptable brand voice.

• Proficient in Canva and Figma—tools you use daily, not just occasionally.

• Comfortable setting up, managing, and reporting on Meta paid ad campaigns at a basic to intermediate level.

• Solid understanding of campaign planning: objectives, target audience, messaging, channels, and measurement.

• A strong creative and design sensibility—you recognize quality and can produce it yourself.

• Commercial acumen—connecting creative decisions to business outcomes, not just aesthetic considerations.

• Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads Manager, Semrush, and basic marketing reporting tools.

• Knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform.

• Comfortable using a CMS (WordPress or a similar system) for content and page management.

🏝️ Benefits

• Flexible working hours.

• Opportunity to work abroad for up to 90 days each year.

• 25 days of annual leave, in addition to public holidays.

• Enjoy your birthday off and an additional day for a significant occasion of your choice.

• Generous well-being perks.

• An annual learning budget to support your professional growth.

• Contribute to social impact through enhanced patient healthcare.

• Join a well-funded and rapidly growing start-up that is addressing a global challenge in innovative ways.
