Growth Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and arrange user-generated content acquired from creators and influencers.

• Assess, categorize, and forward high-quality content to the creative team.

• Assist in influencer outreach initiatives through follow-ups, communication, and tracking of the pipeline.

• Keep precise records of partnerships with creators and influencers.

• Observe discussions across social media channels, online communities, and forums to spot trends and insights.

• Collect customer feedback and language for marketing campaigns.

• Support SEO efforts by helping with content briefs and monitoring keyword performance.

• Conduct quality assurance assessments on email campaigns.

• Collaborate with paid media, creative, and lifecycle marketing teams.

• Aid in marketing operations and special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and Facebook.

• Skilled in digital marketing, content creation, and understanding consumer behavior.

• Ability to recognize trends, customer insights, and engagement prospects within online communities.

• Experience with influencer programs, SEO, email marketing, or content operations is a plus.

• Acquainted with tools like Google Workspace, Shopify, Notion, Slack, or similar collaboration platforms.

• Must be available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).

• Ready to commence work within 2 weeks of receiving the job offer.

• Comfortable using time-tracking software (e.g., Time Doctor).

• Must have a personal laptop/desktop, noise-canceling headphones, and a webcam.

• Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).

• Access to backup equipment in case of power or internet outages.
