Growth Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Strategize and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns using HubSpot or High Level.

• Maintain active and on-brand social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.

• Develop and oversee a 30-day content calendar.

• Create graphics and edit short videos utilizing Canva, CapCut, or Figma.

• Streamline repetitive tasks with Zapier and ensure seamless data integration between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms.

• Monitor performance metrics in Excel/Google Sheets and provide clear insights.

• Collaborate closely with sales representatives in South America, supplying teammates with straightforward process documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with a contemporary CRM, with a strong preference for HubSpot.

• Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social media).

• Proficient in creating workflows using Zapier (or Make).

• Basic design and video editing skills—please provide at least two samples of previous work.

• Strong Excel/Sheets capabilities for efficient analyses.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.

• Experience in an agency setting managing multiple brands.

• Familiarity with AI content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, etc.).

• Experience in recruiting or candidate sourcing.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email adjustments.
