Growth Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute multiple campaigns each week across various user segments.

• Manage and roll out growth campaigns and A/B testing through email, SMS, and push notifications using Iterable.

• Take responsibility for active campaigns currently in the market.

• Handle the production of email campaigns, including design, HTML/CSS modifications, intricate user segments, journey logic, and quality assurance.

• Contribute to achieving revenue and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Compile data reports and analyze campaign results for various departments within the organization.

• Collaborate with teams from Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, R&D, Partner Success, Data, and more.

• Act as the technical authority for Iterable to guarantee seamless campaign execution.

• Aid in the adoption and engagement of DailyPay’s On-Demand Pay, DailyPay Card, cashback, marketplace, and Perks offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in growth and email marketing.

• Ideally, experience in a B2C marketplace, technology, and/or finance sector.

• Practical experience in creating campaigns from scratch in a major ESP/CRM platform such as Iterable, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Background in e-commerce or financial services consumer products.

• Strong analytical abilities coupled with a data-driven approach to growth and marketing.

• Process-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to coordinate with a variety of business stakeholders.

• Proficiency in managing and prioritizing a high volume of tactical requests in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to translate campaign briefs into completed products.

• Competence in testing for accuracy, device rendering, and link tracking prior to launches.

• HTML/CSS experience is a significant advantage.
