This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the entire paid acquisition framework — including Meta ads, funnels, landing pages, offers, copy, and backend economics.

• Aim to generate $500K per month in new revenue from cold Meta ads, achieving a 3x+ LTV:CAC ratio within a 6-month period.

• Establish weekly objectives and enhance ad performance to drive effective results.

• Work together with founders on developing and executing growth strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have personally overseen $1M+ per month in Meta ad expenditure with a profitable ROAS.

• Proficient in managing Meta ads and funnels.

• Demonstrated success in increasing revenue through paid acquisition tactics.

• Capability to set objectives and evaluate ad performance.

• Knowledgeable about funnel management and backend economics.

🏝️ Benefits

• Performance bonus: Linked to the monthly revenue staircase AND achieving a 3x+ LTV:CAC. If LTV:CAC is not met, no bonus will be awarded that month. Potential for uncapped earnings above target.
