This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Plan, implement, and enhance digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

• Boost website SEO efficiency and drive organic traffic growth.

• Oversee website modifications utilizing HTML and AI-assisted coding tools.

• Manage and optimize paid advertising on Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and streaming platforms.

• Execute A/B testing to enhance conversions and overall campaign effectiveness.

• Monitor marketing analytics, assess lead quality, and evaluate ROI.

• Create lead generation strategies aimed at affluent audiences.

• Refine marketing funnels and CRM workflows to achieve improved conversion rates.

• Identify and partner with suitable micro-influencers.

• Evaluate campaign outcomes and offer data-driven insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.

• Strong expertise in SEO with a proven record of enhancing organic rankings.

• Practical experience managing paid ad campaigns across diverse digital platforms.

• Proficient in website management, HTML, and AI-assisted coding tools.

• Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics platforms and reporting tools.

• Familiarity with funnel optimization, CRM systems, and lead nurturing processes.

• Capability to independently manage campaigns from strategy to execution.

• Experience in marketing premium, luxury, or high-ticket services is preferred.

• Background in healthcare, wellness, or medical aesthetics marketing is a significant advantage.

• Must possess proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Relevant work experience is required.

• Ability to provide an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check prior to onboarding (mandatory).

• Must be available for video meetings with the camera on when necessary.

• Device: Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer.

• Internet: High-speed connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps.

• Audio: Noise-canceling headset required.

• Video: Webcam necessary for virtual meetings.
