This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
⢠Take charge of performance at scaleāenhancing Google ecosystems that foster global growth, while balancing ROAS, CAC, and revenue across various funnels and products.
⢠Develop, oversee, and expand campaigns across Search (Brand & Non-Brand), Shopping, PMAX, and Display.
⢠Make daily performance decisions regarding budgets, bids, scaling, and efficiency optimization.
⢠Examine search terms, auction insights, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
⢠Implement creative, audience, and structural tests in partnership with Creative and CRO teams.
⢠Optimize the entire acquisition funnelāfrom impression to checkoutāto enhance CVR, AOV, and profitability.
⢠Align campaign strategies across channels to prevent cannibalization and maximize returns.
⢠Apply bidding strategies (tROAS, Max Conversion Value, AI-driven solutions).
⢠Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR, AOV, ROAS) and react promptly to emerging trends.
⢠Provide weekly/monthly reports that deliver clear insights and prioritized actions.
⢠Stay informed about Google Ads AI updates and new features to maintain a competitive edge.
⢠2ā3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, PMAX, Shopping, and Display.
⢠Strong analytical mindset: capable of transforming data into decisions and actions.
⢠Experience in managing performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CVR, and CPC.
⢠Background in data, engineering, business, or similar analytical disciplines.
⢠Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
⢠Excellent communicator and collaborator within cross-functional teams.
⢠Inquisitive, proactive, and consistently testing new ideas to enhance performance.
