This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Implement both digital and offline marketing strategies to enhance awareness and generate new leads for TexAu through various social media platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO, paid advertising, marketing automation tools, data science, and more.
• Collaborate with the content marketing team by sharing innovative ideas for content related to TexAu, Automation, Growth strategies for Agencies, and B2B SaaS.
• Partner with the design team to produce high-quality creative assets and landing pages that continually optimize lead acquisition and conversion for TexAu.
• Be accountable for formulating growth strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) aimed at enhancing conversion rates, lead traffic, user retention, and targeting the appropriate audience.
• Ensure that our onboarding processes are streamlined by collaborating with our content team to guarantee that email nurturing, onboarding, and resources effectively convert and retain users.
• Evaluate marketing initiatives against set metrics to measure campaign success and pinpoint areas for improvement, applying a comprehensive understanding of growth and optimization best practices, such as A/B testing, growth hacking strategies, and engaging the development team as needed.
• Collaborate with business and development teams to create relevant dashboards and track the overall marketing performance of TexAu.
• Possess the ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in Growth Marketing, affiliate marketing, and/or managing acquisition campaigns.
• Strong grasp of marketing funnels and a demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities at different stages of the funnel.
• Experience in implementing acquisition strategies through cold email outreach and advertisements.
• Skilled at fixing broken processes and efficiently establishing new ones.
• Highly organized and efficient in managing tasks.
• Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, keen attention to detail, capacity to prioritize tasks, and a passion for collaborating with teams across various regions.
• Proficient in using data and analytics to assess the impact of your work.
• Preferred: Experience in the tech sector or another fast-paced industry is advantageous to understand our platform and the product we deliver.
• Experience in B2B marketing with a focus on empowering sales teams to achieve lead targets.
