Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and develop AI-driven growth loops, Claude-powered product experiments, automated distribution channels, and onboarding processes that drive sales.

• Take ownership of PLG metrics: trial-to-paid conversion, activation rates, feature adoption, and time-to-value, while conducting thorough experiments to improve these metrics.

• Leverage AI tools (Claude, GPT, etc.) not only to enhance efficiency but also to discover growth opportunities that were previously unattainable through personalization, large-scale content, and intent-driven outreach.

• Identify and create compounding growth loops: referral systems, community-led expansion, integration partnerships, and marketplace visibility.

• Collaborate with the product team to launch growth features or PLG tools.

• Work alongside content, demand generation, and SDR teams to ensure a seamless transition from top-of-funnel activities to revenue generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess 2-3 years of experience in growth, particularly within a PLG or product-led sales context, having implemented impactful experiments rather than just managed pre-existing campaigns.

• You are AI-savvy: LLMs are integral to your workflow, and you view AI as a means to develop innovative growth strategies rather than simply increasing speed.

• You have previously built compounding solutions, such as a programmatic SEO engine, a referral system within a product, a scalable intent-based outbound approach, or a free tool that attracted users to a larger product.

• You are proficient in writing: crafting positioning, cold outreach hooks, in-app messaging, and narratives, recognizing that effective language drives conversions.

• You possess strong analytical skills: funnel mathematics comes naturally to you, you can distinguish between signal and noise, and you are not misled by vanity metrics.

• You have experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, Amplitude, HubSpot, Segment, or Webflow, and you continually seek to expand your toolkit.

• You can function effectively as an independent contributor: take a vague challenge, create a structured approach, conduct the experiment, and deliver results without requiring constant guidance.

• You are knowledgeable about (or eager to learn about) compliance and the developer/security buyer persona.
