This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Generate qualified B2B leads for the Sales team.
• Develop and oversee a budget for the “growth stack.”
• Implement a strategy for contact identification and management.
• Monitor and enhance tools and strategies to refine the acquisition process.
• Establish strategies for brand awareness and conversion across social media platforms.
• Create and oversee acquisition campaigns.
• Analyze existing traffic data and optimize conversion rates.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in B2B (excluding internships) as an Acquisition/Traffic Manager or Growth Hacker.
• Digital marketing expert with a strong understanding of various channels and tools.
• Inquisitive, creative, and passionate about new technologies, the web, and growth hacking; adopts a 'test-and-learn' mindset.
• Self-sufficient, proactive, resourceful, meticulous, and organized.
• Bold and eager to take on challenges.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities with a keen focus on campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys teamwork and strongly believes in the power of collaboration.
