Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop the growth engine for Playbypoint: take charge of SEO, lifecycle, and HubSpot; create scalable channels, conduct experiments, and transform data into a sustainable club pipeline.

• You will control the process by which operators find us and transition from initial contact to a qualified pipeline, establishing systems that enable our growth channels to compound rather than requiring continuous effort.

• Manage the entire search process, from keyword analysis and technical audits to backlinks and content creation.

• Take ownership of HubSpot as our primary marketing system.

• Oversee the website as a significant aspect of your role.

• Provide guidance and direction to our agency regarding targets, messaging, and reporting.

• Monitor full-funnel performance from MQL to closed deal, delivering a monthly report to leadership that includes honest insights and clear recommendations.

• Identify opportunities, test them, scale successful initiatives, and eliminate those that do not justify their existence.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.

• Demonstrable evidence of impactful work in a real-world setting.

• Focus on results and execution, rather than theoretical knowledge.

• Proficiency across various aspects of the stack, including strategy, copywriting, design, paid operations, analytics, and content creation.

• AI-driven insights combined with human intuition.

• While not an engineer, familiarity with technical environments, automation, and basic scripting is advantageous.

• A strong habit of experimentation.

• Exceptional writing skills that attract engagement through specificity rather than exaggeration.

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, sequences, segmentation, and reporting.

• Practical knowledge of SEO encompassing keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization, backlinks, and content, utilizing tools such as SEMrush.
