Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess funnel performance, identify insights, and take action proactively.

• Streamline marketing processes in advertising and outreach using Claude Code.

• Create AI-driven workflows to replace manual tasks: content creation, audience segmentation, enrichment, and reporting.

• Generate a sales pipeline from targeted account lists (ABM strategy) — from signal to sequence, with speed.

• Test new growth channels; eliminate ineffective strategies and scale successful ones.

• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n, etc.) to enrich and qualify leads before they reach the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• You utilize AI tools daily — not just to experiment, but to perform essential tasks: writing copy, building workflows, researching, and analyzing.

• You are a self-motivated, startup-oriented professional who delivers rapid results and adapts quickly to evolving business needs.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing data analytics — adept with attribution models, funnel metrics, independently creating dashboards, and deriving insights from large volumes of unstructured data.

• Experience in growth marketing (managing paid campaigns), SEO, or outbound (at least one of the three).

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

• B2B SaaS experience is a plus.

• You have personally launched and optimized paid campaigns (not solely managed agencies).

• Experience in team or project management roles.

• Familiarity with tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Apollo, or similar automation/enrichment platforms.

• Knowledge of programmatic/ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar).

• Basic scripting skills (Python, SQL) — sufficient to pull data or automate tasks.

• Understanding of the MarTech/analytics landscape.
