Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Design and implement cold outbound campaigns utilizing email, LinkedIn, and various other channels.

• Identify and assess leads that correspond with target customer profiles.

• Conduct product demonstrations that effectively convey value and enhance conversion rates.

• Work alongside sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach tactics.

• Enhance outreach sequences, conduct A/B testing on messaging, and elevate response rates.

• Monitor pipeline activities and ensure accurate record-keeping in CRM systems.

• Analyze the performance of campaigns and continually optimize conversion metrics.

• Contribute to growth strategies, including refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and go-to-market initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in growth marketing and outbound sales positions.

• Demonstrable experience in executing cold outreach campaigns and securing meetings.

• Strong background in delivering product demonstrations or conducting sales presentations.

• Proficiency in CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to manage objections and assist prospects throughout the sales funnel.

• Data-driven approach with experience in optimizing campaigns.

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments is preferred.
