📋 Description

• Brand Strategy & Web Design: Spearhead the redesign and continual management of the company website to ensure it embodies a premium, authoritative brand image.

• Marketing Automation: Design and oversee comprehensive workflows within HubSpot to enhance lead generation and nurturing processes.

• Email Marketing: Formulate and implement extensive email strategies aimed at both potential leads and existing clients to boost engagement and retention.

• Social Media Management: Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy that enhances brand equity and targets key decision-makers in the $2M–$50M revenue range.

• Campaign Execution: Initiate integrated marketing campaigns in alignment with the consulting playbooks and sales optimization services of the team.

• Performance Tracking: Track and report on marketing KPIs, refining strategies based on insights derived from data analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in Growth Marketing, particularly in B2B settings.

• HubSpot Expert: Extensive, hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing automation is essential.

• Web Design: Demonstrated capability to design, construct, and enhance professional business websites.

• Brand & Content Strategy: Proficient in developing a brand voice and translating it into social media and email content.

• Email Marketing: Expertise in segmentation, copywriting, and campaign performance analysis.

• Communication: Native or bilingual proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

• Timezone: Willingness to work during EST hours with flexible overlap as part of an offshore team.

• **Nice-to-Haves**

• Previous experience in a Marketing Agency or Consulting firm.

• Familiarity with ZoomInfo for lead intelligence.

• Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp for project management and collaboration.
