Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Foster connections between breeders/shelters and pet owners

• Expand buyer base and enhance app traffic through SEA, SEO, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Instagram/TikTok

• Optimize our end-to-end funnel to boost revenues (conversions, CTR, CAC, CLTV)

• Automate and enhance AI companions to assist you in daily tasks

• Provide support for customer service and partner communications

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in German (C2) and English

• Proficient in AI tools related to marketing

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in running and optimizing campaigns (performance, content, or lifecycle), preferably in a startup environment or for personal projects.
