This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise ABM initiatives specifically tailored to penetrate high-value enterprise accounts in alignment with business objectives.
• Direct the planning and proposal of targeted campaigns aimed at cross-selling and upselling within the existing customer portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams (RevOps, Sales, Content, and Product Marketing) to ensure a unified approach to account management and engagement strategy.
• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance engagement and optimize the user journey for target accounts.
• Oversee timelines and resources to guarantee timely and effective execution of all ABM programs.
• Optimize AI-driven outbound tools (Clay) to scale personalized prospecting and engagement for target demographics.
• Ensure regular audits of outbound workflows are performed to pinpoint areas for technical and content enhancement.
• Collaborate with the content and product teams to ensure all outreach messaging adheres to ABM best practices.
• Experiment with and refine campaign features to boost conversion rates and support overall lead generation efforts.
• Track ABM and outbound performance utilizing tools such as AdRoll ABM, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Clay.
• Monitor, report, and analyze campaign analytics and engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Present performance outcomes regarding how programs are impacting MQLs, SQLs, and Pipeline to key stakeholders and senior leadership regularly.
• Establish KPIs and benchmarks, employing data-driven insights to enhance future growth and ABM initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in ABM, growth marketing, or digital marketing with an emphasis on enterprise accounts.
• Profound understanding of ABM principles, AI-driven prospecting strategies, and analytical reporting tools.
• Expert-level proficiency with ABM platforms (6sense/Demandbase), CRM/Automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), prospecting software (Clay), and project management applications (Asana).
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership.
• Capability to interpret complex analytical data, recognize trends, and leverage insights for project decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive mindset toward identifying challenges and devising effective solutions.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 times annually.
