Growth Manager – Monetization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Generating and validating hypotheses: identifying and testing ideas within pricing strategies, upselling, and bundling based on data and user behavior.

• Pricing and market tests: designing and launching structured experiments with pricing models, entry points in regional markets, and willingness to pay.

• Upselling mechanics: analyzing and testing digital and physical upsells — from offer design to placement and conversion.

• Conversion optimization: developing new monetization approaches within funnels, testing, and continuously improving the conversion rates of offers, checkouts, and upsells.

• Market and competitor analysis: monitoring the market and competitors to discover unconventional growth opportunities ahead of others.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in the role of Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or Monetization Manager.

• Proficient in analytics — strong command of metrics and analytical tools, ability to formulate hypotheses and validate them through experiments.

• Hands-on experience in conducting A/B tests, user research, and competitive analysis.

• Monetization – experience with monetization strategies, experiments, and upselling will be a significant advantage.

• Cross-functional collaboration — ability to work effectively with designers, engineers, and marketing teams, influencing decision-making processes.

• Proven success cases in the full cycle of hypothesis work, from generation to statistically significant victories. Important practical skills in prioritizing and deprioritizing experiments and conducting qualitative post-analysis of tests performed.

• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
