This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop and enhance a systematic cross-sell engine that converts Addi’s 2.9M BNPL users into engaged Savings account holders.
• Create and implement a cross-sell growth initiative that significantly boosts the percentage of active BNPL and Marketplace users who open and activate a Savings account.
• Establish and launch a comprehensive CRM lifecycle for the Savings product, including onboarding journeys, engagement nudges, balance growth prompts, and early churn prevention flows, utilizing push notifications, email, WhatsApp, and in-app channels in Braze.
• Identify and incorporate at least 5 new Bank/Savings-specific actions into the NBA (Next Best Action) engine.
• Conduct at least 4 test designs each quarter focusing on cross-sell messaging, incentive frameworks, channel mix, timing, and offer presentation.
• Develop and sustain a segment-level cross-sell reporting framework using Segmentation data.
• Demonstrated experience in Lifecycle Marketing & Growth Systems.
• Proficient in designing end-to-end automated customer journeys in Braze (or comparable Tier-1 CRMs), particularly for onboarding and product adoption.
• Comprehensive understanding of multi-channel orchestration (Push, WhatsApp, In-App, Email) to promote high-frequency engagement while avoiding "notification fatigue."
• Proven track record in managing complex audience segmentations to deliver highly personalized messaging at scale.
• Capability to map and enhance user funnels, pinpointing friction points during the transition from acquisition to activation.
• Expertise in creating effective incentive structures and "hooks" that encourage users to transfer funds into a new financial product.
• Experience in measuring incremental lift and managing control groups to validate the true ROI of growth initiatives.
• Advanced SQL skills for independently extracting data, building cohorts, and analyzing behavioral patterns without depending on a central data team.
• Competence in converting raw transactional data into actionable growth insights and executive-level reporting.
• Familiarity with utilizing data science outputs—such as propensity models or Next Best Action (NBA) engines—to initiate automated marketing actions.
• Dedication to fostering a "High-Tempo Testing" culture, with the ability to manage a structured experimentation backlog and document cumulative learnings.
• Strong understanding of statistical significance and the ability to differentiate between mere correlation and true causation in user behavior.
• Experience in rapidly iterating based on test outcomes, scaling successful variants while decisively eliminating underperforming ones.
• Strategic mindset to tailor Addi’s bold, consumer-centric brand voice to meet the "high-trust" requirements of a regulated banking product.
• Deep empathy for the financial journey of Latin American consumers, particularly regarding savings habits and safety perceptions.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all growth strategies adhere to Compañía de Financiamiento regulatory standards without compromising conversion rates.
• Proven capability to transform a strategic priority from "zero to one" in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
• Proactive "grittiness" to resolve technical integration challenges or data discrepancies personally to guarantee project completion.
