Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and scale growth strategies within the funnel.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to identify opportunities.

• Analyze metrics (AARRR) to uncover growth levers.

• Work alongside product teams to integrate viral growth loops.

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and email marketing initiatives.

• Implement and maintain the growth tool stack.

• Report on experiment results and communicate their impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or product roles.

• Proven experience in designing and analyzing A/B experiments.

• Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).

• Ability to work independently with SQL or BI tools.

• Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on results.
