Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable partner to our clients within your designated region.

• Establish strategic partnerships, advance our business objectives, and work closely with TradingView customers—guiding them through technical onboarding while nurturing strong, enduring relationships.

• Proactively cultivate outbound client pipelines and effectively handle incoming client partnership inquiries.

• Approach partnerships with a consultative approach, creating customized proposals and impactful pitches for financial institutions.

• Guide clients through the technical onboarding process and review/proofread responses from the technical team to ensure smooth, client-friendly communication.

• Actively gather customer insights and communicate essential findings with internal teams to enhance product optimization.

• Implement a rigorous ‘test and learn’ methodology to continuously refine acquisition and engagement strategies.

• Consistently enhance overall brand recognition and trust with customers and partners in your assigned region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or professional proficiency in Turkish is essential, along with excellent command of professional English.

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, account management, or business development, particularly with financial institutions, fintech, or SaaS.

• A proactive self-starter with a partnership-first mentality and an unwavering "can-do" attitude.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, possessing excellent time management capabilities.

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Slack, and various collaboration platforms.

• Experience in the finance or trading sector is a plus.

• Knowledge of web applications, HTML5, GitHub, JavaScript, and other technical tools is preferred.
