This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Formulate and implement strategies for Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) growth that align with the organization's goals, revenue enhancement, and market development.
• Collaborate with healthcare executives, physician leaders, HIM professionals, finance leaders, and revenue cycle stakeholders to uncover opportunities, enhance client relationships, and foster customer retention and expansion.
• Work in conjunction with sales, marketing, product, operations, analytics, implementation, and clinical teams on market strategies, opportunity qualification, proposals, RFP responses, and customized client solutions.
• Offer subject matter expertise on CDI programs, coding practices, quality measures, risk adjustment, reimbursement optimization, regulatory requirements, and trends within the healthcare industry.
• Track growth metrics, pipeline activities, customer outcomes, and market performance.
• Create executive-level reports and recommendations that illustrate ROI and business impact.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• A Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university along with 8 years of experience in a healthcare-related field or business environment, OR a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and 12 years of experience in a healthcare-related field or business environment.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI).
• At least 3 years of experience working in or with hospitals across revenue cycle operations, including physician documentation, CDI, and coding.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.
• A Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Nursing, or another healthcare-related field is considered an additional qualification.
• Three years of experience working with Solventum Physician, CDI, and Coding solutions and services is an additional qualification.
• Proven ability to advocate for innovation and facilitate the adoption of new products, services, programs, and solutions.
• Experience in assessing, designing, and executing complex healthcare solutions that yield measurable client success.
• Familiarity with product development, industry conference presentations, and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, regulatory requirements, and documentation improvement practices.
• Experience in collaborating with healthcare stakeholders and executive leaders to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business outcomes.
• Capacity to analyze healthcare performance metrics and pinpoint opportunities for documentation, quality, and financial enhancements.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
