This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Develop and implement an ambitious strategy to achieve our traffic, acquisition, and engagement objectives while taking the marketing budget into account.
• Oversee our acquisition campaigns within the Google and Facebook Ads platforms utilizing a Test & Learn methodology.
• Initiate new acquisition channels such as Pinterest, TikTok, native ads, and podcasts, while suggesting growth experiments to evaluate (channel, target, A/B test, message, etc.).
• Evaluate acquisition campaign effectiveness and extract insights (successes and failures, opportunities) through targeted analyses.
• Customize and enhance landing pages and the acquisition funnel by target/channel, collaborating closely with the Product team.
• Build and enhance analytics (dashboards, attribution, etc.) in collaboration with the Data team.
• Continuously observe marketing trends within the industry and monitor competitor activities.
• A Master’s degree (Bac+5) is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing is required.
• Proficiency with key paid acquisition platforms (Google & Facebook Ads) is essential.
• Familiarity with additional platforms is advantageous (Bing Ads, Pinterest Ads, Outbrain, Criteo, Affilae, etc.).
• Comfort with tools such as Google Optimize, Hotjar, Webflow, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc. is necessary.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel are required.
• A keen interest in healthy and sustainable consumption is a significant plus!
