This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Implement a territory strategy that fosters qualified pipeline development and closed MRR in the Southern region.
• Identify, research, and engage architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms that align with ITCO's ideal client profile.
• Build and sustain relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs), referral partners, and AEC-vertical associations (CFMA, AGC, ABC, AIA, and their regional counterparts) within the designated territory.
• Generate First Time Appointments (FTAs) with high conversion potential to Qualified First-Time Appointments (QFTAs).
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM records, covering stage progression, margin, term, deal review, and next-step commitments.
• Promote ITCO's comprehensive portfolio of services, including managed IT services (MSP), IT assessments, fractional CXO and strategy engagements, AI enablement, and tailored application development.
• Professionally represent The IT Company at all client interactions, reflecting our core values.
• Demonstrated success in securing business through full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B sales for at least 3-5 years.
• Required experience in selling within the AEC sector, where relationship-building and association involvement are crucial for business success.
• Proven ability to operate in remote territories and independently generate pipeline from personal sources.
• High level of responsibility and accountability due to the remote and autonomous nature of the role.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, Storybrand, Black Swan, etc., is advantageous.
• Substantial travel is necessary across the South Region.
• Candidates must have dependable transportation.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as necessary for client and association events is required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more is essential.
