This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of a client portfolio, ensuring complete accountability for revenue performance and client retention.
• Minimize churn within the portfolio.
• Safeguard and enhance Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for the portfolio.
• Discover opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
• Guarantee that clients achieve quantifiable ROI from GigRadar.
• Conduct strategic growth assessments with clients using data and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Scanner, and Optimization teams to enhance outcomes.
• Minimum of 2 years in Sales, Account Executive roles, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Must be willing to operate in the US Time Zone.
• Experience in managing client portfolios focused on revenue generation.
• Strong knowledge of MRR, churn, renewals, and retention strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to address objections and avert cancellations.
• Confident in communicating with founders, agency owners, and key decision-makers.
• Capable of independently managing multiple accounts.
• Direct influence on revenue and overall company growth.
• Clear linkage between performance and income.
