This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the company's growth strategy.

• Establish clear targets for acquisition, conversion, and recurring revenue.

• Create and enhance the pipeline: lead generation, qualification, conversion, and expansion.

• Track and refine metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), average deal size, conversion rates by stage, and sales velocity.

• Ensure seamless integration between demand generation, pre-sales, and closing processes.

• Set up defined processes for qualification, lead handoff, and inter-team feedback.

• Cultivate and expand channels like inbound marketing, content creation, partnerships, and referral programs.

• Conduct ongoing tests, including mystery shopper evaluations, to enhance acquisition, conversion, and positioning.

• Assess new channels and distribution models.

• Lead the coordinators in the area.

• Guarantee disciplined execution, goal tracking, and team development.

• Increase recurring revenue.

• Generate qualified leads.

• Maintain a healthy balance of CAC and LTV.
