This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Develop, implement, and take ownership of the complete Account-Based Marketing strategy aimed at enhancing user acquisition among high-value target accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to establish our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pinpoint key decision-makers, and create tiered target account lists.
• Create and launch highly customized, multi-touch user acquisition campaigns across various channels including LinkedIn Ads, programmatic display, targeted email sequences, direct mail, and personalized landing pages.
• Oversee the ABM budget, focusing on optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and pipeline velocity.
• Partner with content and design teams to produce tailored messaging and creative assets that effectively address the specific pain points of various account tiers and personas.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Marketing and Sales for target accounts, ensuring that sales teams are equipped with account insights and intent data for timely follow-ups.
• Set up ABM metrics and KPIs. Monitor, analyze, and report on account engagement, lead generation, and revenue impact utilizing CRM and marketing automation tools.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, demand generation, or user acquisition, with a minimum of 2+ years directly managing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
• Comprehensive understanding of the B2B buyer journey, complex sales cycles, and account scoring methodologies.
• Practical experience in executing paid B2B campaigns, particularly using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data, interpret campaign performance, and convert numbers into actionable marketing strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing automation/ABM tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, 6sense, Demandbase, or ZoomInfo).
• Demonstrated success in aligning marketing initiatives with sales teams and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for persuasive B2B copywriting.
