Growth Lead – Korea, APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Take charge of content across our various channels.

• Develop and release original Korean-language content for JTX and Jito Network on X, Telegram, and other pertinent regional platforms.

• Modify global campaigns to ensure they resonate effectively with local audiences.

• Create content aimed at both retail consumers and the trading community.

• Establish and nurture a network of Korean crypto Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), YouTubers, Telegram group administrators, and community influencers.

• Oversee creator and media partnerships as integral components of the strategy.

• Manage public relations placements across both crypto-specific and mainstream tech and finance media outlets.

• Spearhead APAC expansion into additional priority markets such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Japan.

• Participate in global marketing syncs and highlight insights that the teams in the US and Europe may overlook.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in South Korea.

• Native Korean speaker with proficient English; knowledge of Mandarin is a significant advantage.

• Possess a robust and established network within the Korean crypto ecosystem, including creators, communities, media, and partners.

• Have a genuine understanding of the Korean retail crypto audience.

• Demonstrated experience in content creation.

• Background in managing creator and media partnership initiatives.

• Self-motivated, capable of taking ownership of results, and able to work independently across significant time zone differences.

• Experience in adapting growth strategies to other APAC markets (nice-to-have).
