This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Drive growth initiatives throughout the APAC region

• Collaborate closely with executives and team members to enhance Layer N's ecosystem

• Identify and nurture robust partnerships

• Develop effective growth pipelines and funnels

• Perform market research and keep track of industry trends

• Evaluate competitor strategies to discover new growth prospects

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in growth, business development, sales, finance, or venture capital, ideally within the blockchain or financial technology sectors

• Located in either Hong Kong or Singapore

• Deep understanding of blockchain systems and financial frameworks

• Proven experience in building and scaling growth teams

• Skilled in structuring complex, high-value partnerships involving multiple stakeholders in a genuine and responsible way

• Strong research and analytical abilities, capable of gathering and interpreting data from various sources

• Ability to thrive both independently and in a team within a dynamic environment

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Native or fluent proficiency in one or more of Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or other widely spoken languages in the APAC regions
