This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop and implement the inaugural acquisition system for FORREST.
• Transform the brand ecosystem into a quantifiable and scalable acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to establish tests, investment strategies, performance metrics, and growth plans.
• Create a 90-day digital acquisition roadmap for the launch phase.
• Determine the optimal channel mix, including Meta Ads, Google Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, retargeting, CRM, newsletters, content, and partnerships.
• Organize the acquisition funnel from traffic generation to conversion.
• Identify and experiment with pertinent creative angles for FORREST.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brief and assess performance assets.
• Oversee media buying, CRM, tracking, and creative specialists.
• Establish a comprehensive reporting system.
• Analyze metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, average order value, cost per lead, email sign-ups, and margin impacts.
• Provide recommendations for budget distribution and scaling strategies.
• Contribute to enhancing the e-commerce experience, including landing pages, product pages, storytelling, checkout processes, and post-purchase flows.
• Convert insights into actionable weekly decisions.
• Significant experience in digital acquisition for DTC, e-commerce, or premium consumer brands.
• Proven track record in launching or scaling DTC brands.
• Familiarity with physical products and e-commerce dynamics.
• Experience with premium or high-consideration purchases.
• Proficient in paid acquisition channels, particularly Meta and Google.
• Knowledgeable in CRM, email flows, and lead generation strategies.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Skills in funnel analysis and conversion optimization.
• Experience in creative testing and performance storytelling.
• Comfortable working directly with founders or small senior teams.
• Ability to integrate brand, business, creativity, and data effectively.
• Comfortable discussing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, margins, conversion rates, creative strategies, brand positioning, customer journeys, acquisition budgets, and testing methodologies.
