📋 Description

• Develop and implement user acquisition strategies tailored for your designated European market.

• Take charge of community-driven growth by organizing events, meetups, and cultural activities that foster genuine trust.

• Identify, propose, and secure partnerships with diaspora businesses, community organizations, and local influencers.

• Serve as the in-market representative for user perspectives: conduct ongoing market research and highlight cultural insights.

• Monitor your acquisition funnel and partnership performance using data analysis.

• Represent LemFi with clarity and confidence.

• Travel within your market and occasionally throughout Europe for events.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in community growth, field marketing, partnerships, or go-to-market roles.

• Profound, firsthand knowledge of Nigerian diaspora communities in Europe.

• Demonstrated success in achieving acquisition or growth targets.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence community leaders, local partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Capable of working independently and remotely.

• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with dashboards, acquisition metrics, and adapting strategies based on data insights.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; working proficiency in the local language of your market (German, Spanish, Italian) is highly advantageous.
