This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
β’ Develop and implement user acquisition strategies tailored for your designated European market.
β’ Take charge of community-driven growth by organizing events, meetups, and cultural activities that foster genuine trust.
β’ Identify, propose, and secure partnerships with diaspora businesses, community organizations, and local influencers.
β’ Serve as the in-market representative for user perspectives: conduct ongoing market research and highlight cultural insights.
β’ Monitor your acquisition funnel and partnership performance using data analysis.
β’ Represent LemFi with clarity and confidence.
β’ Travel within your market and occasionally throughout Europe for events.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in community growth, field marketing, partnerships, or go-to-market roles.
β’ Profound, firsthand knowledge of Nigerian diaspora communities in Europe.
β’ Demonstrated success in achieving acquisition or growth targets.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence community leaders, local partners, and internal stakeholders.
β’ Capable of working independently and remotely.
β’ Strong analytical skills: comfortable with dashboards, acquisition metrics, and adapting strategies based on data insights.
β’ Fluency in English is mandatory; working proficiency in the local language of your market (German, Spanish, Italian) is highly advantageous.
