This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Growth Key Account Manager, you will serve as the public representative to clients and an authority on our software solutions and online marketing strategies.
• Your primary objective is to consistently expand the customer portfolio while offering optimal guidance to clients.
• You will engage in long-term direct customer care, managing a specific client base, fostering enduring relationships, and regularly performing business reviews and performance-improvement discussions with your customers.
• After completing a comprehensive onboarding process, you will attain expert status in online marketing and software applications.
• You will promptly identify growth opportunities and proactively advise clients on our features to enhance their sales performance.
• Utilizing sales trends, funnel data, and performance assessments, you will provide actionable recommendations to optimize their business operations.
• By closely monitoring accounts, you will swiftly identify potential revenue declines, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures.
• Representing Digistore24: Whether at international VIP client events, business luncheons, or trade shows, you will excel at nurturing customer relationships in person.
• Strong presence: You exhibit a confident demeanor, embrace responsibility, and effectively engage with individuals at all organizational levels, including during negotiations.
• Communication skills: You convey information clearly and in a manner that is friendly to the audience.
• You have the ability to defuse potential conflicts with diplomacy and a solution-focused mindset.
• You consistently maintain the appropriate tone with customers and your team, even under pressure, and can switch to English effortlessly when needed.
• Account Management: You possess a minimum of two years of experience in account management, along with at least one year in a technical environment.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with HTML and CSS fundamentals, as well as experience in online marketing.
• Organizational talent: You demonstrate a structured and reliable work style, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• High motivation: In our ever-evolving industry, you stay informed of current trends and are enthusiastic about independently exploring new topics to better advise your customers.
• 100% Remote: Work permanently from the comfort of your home.
• All that is required is a stable internet connection.
• You can work up to 170 days per year from anywhere within the EU (with additional countries possible by arrangement).
