This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Join our D2C team in a pivotal role focused on Creator Marketing.
• Assess effective strategies and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.
• Convert our D2C growth goals into tangible plans.
• Act as a liaison between Creator Marketing and our D2C team.
• Develop rhythms, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms that are currently absent.
• Report directly to our VP of D2C and collaborate closely with C-level stakeholders.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategic marketing, corporate strategy, or a comparable analytical-strategic position.
• Required experience in consumer goods or D2C.
• Possess a structured, analytical, and commercially-focused mindset — proficient in Excel and Tableau.
• Capability to simplify complexity without losing essential details.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including interaction with senior leadership, operational teams, and external partners.
• A keen interest in the intersection of sports, consumer goods, community, and social media.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
