This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Integral member of the D2C team, playing a pivotal role in Creator Marketing, which contributes to nearly 50% of D2C revenue.
• Evaluate successful strategies and identify areas for improvement: assess markets, categories, and potential risks.
• Transform D2C growth objectives into actionable plans that are sufficiently clear for operational teams.
• Collaborate at the nexus of Creator Marketing and the D2C team: providing briefs, challenging assumptions, and delivering data insights.
• Create rhythms, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms that are currently lacking. Focus on building rather than merely maintaining.
• Report directly to the VP of D2C while working closely with the General Manager of ESN and other C-level executives.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in consulting, strategic marketing, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical-strategic role. Experience in consumer goods or D2C is essential.
• Well-structured, analytical, and commercially focused. Proficient in Excel and Tableau; analyses must be thorough and dependable.
• Capability to simplify complexity without losing essential details. From 50 data points, distill three clear recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills: adept at working with senior leadership, operational teams, and external partners. Ability to ensure alignment among all parties.
• Genuine interest in a rapidly growing brand with ambitious objectives.
• Curiosity about the intersection of sports, consumer goods, community, and social media.
• Proficient in both German and English.
