This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and manage the outbound system from the ground up.
• Focus on list development, signal capture, multi-channel sequences, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Conduct experiments and scale successful strategies.
• Take charge of the content strategy, social media engagement, and SEO initiatives that capture audience attention.
• Transform existing resources into a productive pipeline.
• Proactively explore AI workflows as a standard practice.
• Document processes and integrate new hires into a well-established system.
• You have initiated projects, managed a P&L, or served as an early commercial hire at a growing company.
• You can provide quantifiable metrics: the pipeline you generated, the deals you closed, and your conversion rates.
• You are capable of crafting a cold email that elicits responses, developing sequences that secure meetings, and conducting discovery calls that conclude with a clear next step.
• You do not distinguish between sales and marketing roles.
• Your writing is precise and impactful. You can present examples (cold emails, LinkedIn posts, landing page content) that showcase your work.
• Experience selling to developers, technical, or data-driven buyers is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• A background in learning, content creation, publishing, or developer tools is beneficial, but not required.
• Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly, or similar platforms is a plus, but not essential.
• Understanding of product-led growth and self-service B2B sales funnels is helpful, but not a prerequisite.
• Having built an audience or community in a public setting is valuable, but not essential.
